Mamadou's College Education Fund

My name is Mamadou Jallow. I am in the process of returning to school after I graduated community college with my associates degree in 2014. I am hoping to be on my way to North Carolina Wesleyan University to continue and finish off my education as I have two more years left as well as play soccer for the school team. Once I started the application process, the school informed me that I would be classified as an international student because of my immigration status and financial aid is not available for international students. Therefore, I have to pay out of pocket for my school expenses. I have been working two jobs to save up but still need help in coming up with the rest.

            My family has been going through a lot especially after my father unfortunately passed away in April 2014. My father was the primary breadwinner as my mom does not work and she is a housewife. My father was huge on going to school so he provided us with the necessary tools to do so, but ever since his passing things just has gotten worse in my family emotionally and financially as well. So I am joining gofundme in hopes of getting help to finish my education and get my bachelor’s degree in communication, as I am looking to be in media communications when I graduate. I just want to thank each and every one who views this and is in any position to help. It will be greatly appreciated.
