If you are reading this then you probably know my beautiful mother, Ja. 10 years ago she fought and kicked Paratid Cancer (Salivary Gland) to the curb. 4 months ago she found out that it returned and she has to venture down to MD Anderson in Houston, TX for Chemotherapy and Proton Therapy. As you can imagine, the medical and travel costs associated with her treatment are great. I come to you to ask for your help in alleviating the heavy burden on my mother so she can focus on the fight at hand.
Anyone who knows my mother, Ja, knows how big her heart is for loving others. From going out of her way to making sure people have a good meal, a shoulder to cry on, or a friendly face in the stands at a sporting event; you can rely on her to make time for you throughout her busy schedule. My mother is one of the most stubborn people when it comes to asking for help and I know she wouldn't want to ask for financial assistance so I am doing it on her behalf.
She will be heading to Houston for six weeks on May 31st. Her medical expenses have already been piling up since her initial surgery on March 20th where Dr. Kakarala and Dr. Lin were successful in removing the tumors on the left side of her face.
Any and all donations are greatly appreciated and I cannot express enough gratitude for the love and support you all have given my mother and my family during these difficult trials.
