For those of you who don’t know this is my Mama, Georgia. She has recently received a breast cancer diagnosis and although we are hopeful that much of the costs ahead will be covered through insurance, I know there will be a need for her to rest and pause on work and such. She works tirelessly supporting those in recovery for drugs and alcohol, as well as currently being in a program to become a drug and alcohol counselor. I want to ensure that she can seek out the best treatments and feel at ease knowing that it will not be a financial burden on top of the stress of the treatment and healing process.
