Mama and her 4 babes

11/20/2020 - As I am getting ready to head to my b/f house for dinner I hear a very loud crash outside. The kind that you know for a fact is two vehicles smacking together at full speed (even if that speed is 25mph). I felt like the sound was so close that I decide to go outside and look. I find two vehicles post-collision and my intoxicated neighbor getting out of one asking the victim what happened. Long story short, the woman in the van he hit had her three small children with her.(found out a fourth was w his father at the time) I have only spoken briefly with her so far, since cops didn't need me after they showed up, but in her panic and shock, she expressed that she didn't have insurance on her van and her and her three babies lived in a motel. She is absolutely devastated and clearly could use some love and support from her community. I will update this as I learn more about her and her babies. I plan to message her tomorrow (was actually smart enough to get her number) and keep in touch. My heart is broken for her and her babies. I'd love to make Christmas happen for them and maybe even a little more! Especially in 2020, it'd be so incredible to help a local family in need.
