Malik Berry is the son of Dara Jackson & Wesley Harris. Malik began playing tackle football in the 1st grade for the Lawrence Twisters. He has been playing football for 7 years now and absolutely loves the game. Malik has also excelled in Basketball and is getting ready to add track and field to his impressive resume. Malik's passion is Football and he would love to continue playing football throughout his High School years and eventually earn a scholarship to play in College where he can further himself as a student athlete. Malik currently plays for the Top City Crush and West Middle School. His positions include, Quarterback, Linebacker, Running Back and Cornerback. He is a great all around athlete and can play just about any position on the field. He prides himself on being coach-able, being a leader and is willing do whatever is in the best of the team. Malik has been selected to be a member on Team USA which will participate in the Caribbean Football Classic & Combine in San Juan, Puerto Rico June 7th through the 14th . The team will be comprised of players from throughout the United States. They will be playing against Team Puerto Rico in the Inagural CFC. This event is an opportunity for the players to showcase their talents in the Combine and Games in front of college scouts that may open doors for them to advance in their pursuit of playing at a higher level. Players will be evaluated by legendary Scout’s Dwight Thomas, Buddy Gies and U.S. Army Combine Director Frank Rojas. This event is not just about football but a cultural experience for all the participants. Players will participate in a mixer, gift exchange and banquet. It is our hope they develop relationships that will last a lifetime. Please help support the Malik as he embarks on a journey which will provide memories that will last a life time. In addition to CFC Malik will also be participating in other off season training, camps and combines. Any donation(s) you can give will be greatly appreciated.
