<div>My name is Mariana, and I am a former Peace Corps Malawi volunteer.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am walking the <strong>Camino</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>Santiago</strong> pilgrimage in honor of <strong>Malawi</strong> to expand educational access by helping <strong>build</strong> <strong>a</strong> <strong>high</strong> <strong>school</strong> for children in need with Streetwise Trust.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Streetwise Trust, a community-based organization on the outskirts of Kanengo, Lilongwe, is dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable people in rural areas. They currently run an orphanage, an employment center, and a primary school.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Despite these incredible efforts, many children’s education ends after primary school. The nearest high schools are too far away, and even when accessible, families often cannot afford the fees.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>To change this, Streetwise has already purchased land (thanks to early donors!) to build a much-needed high school at the heart of the community. The next step is raising $25,000 to construct the school and give these children the chance to continue their education.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is a unique opportunity to make a difference because:
</div>
<div>	1.	You’re giving directly to a locally-led project
</div>
<div>	2.	Your gift has high impact per dollar
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div> Thank you for walking with me—and with the children of Malawi—on this journey. Buen Camino
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>⚠️ Please note: Streetwise Trust is not a U.S. 501(c)(3), so donations are not tax-deductible. I will personally transfer all funds raised directly to Streetwise’s bank account in Malawi.
