Please help me go back to school

I have wanted to go back to school for a very long time so that I can enter a new career and make a better life for my family.  My husband and I both work but are just barely making ends meet. I want to change that. I want us to be able to enjoy life, spend more time with the kids, go on vacations etc...I've spent the last year thinking of what I'd like to do and I've known for a while that I wanted to enter the medical field in some way. I've done a lot of research and have decided that I want to become a certified medical coder and biller. I know this is a career that I will love and find challenging at the same time. I've spent a lot of time researching different programs available and have found one that I want to do. It costs $2995 through Career Step online program. That may not seem like a lot of money to some people but for our family, it is.This program is perfect for me because its done completely online and also pays for you to take the certification exam to become a certified coder at the end of your training. Because this is a certificate program, I cannot apply for federal grants. I don't want money to stop me from accomplishing this goal I have set for myself so I am doing something that is very hard for me to do and that is to ask for help. I would really like to start classes my the end of April. Thank you so much!
