Making Phone Services Better during the Pandemic

Phone communication has increased hugely in response to COVID 19. However, few people are trained in how to provide services by phone and many people have difficulties with  phone services.

This training has been developed to help people providing services by phone rather than face to face. The free training is accessed at this site

This training has been translated into many languages to make it more accessible. The funding is being sought to help distrubute this resource around the world in the variety of languages. 


Because people from disadvantaged groups have more trouble accessing phone based services the gap between those in most need and less need will widen through the use phone servicing.

Distributing this resource aims at enhancing effectiveness of services provided by phone, especially to those most in need.
