Making memories for Aimee-Leigh

Aimee -leigh Stillman arrived into the world in September 2016 bringing immense love and joy to her parents Daniel and Claire and to her adoring big sister Sophie and big brother Cody. The excitement the birth of a new baby brings to a family was however soon to be tainted by something no family should ever have to face. Just a few short weeks after her birth, a lump was discovered on Aimee's face. Asking for medical advice what unfolded next was unimaginable. After tests and medical intervention Aimee-leighs family were dealt the most cruel and devastating news .Aimee was diagnosed with Sioblastoma a very rare and aggressive form of Cancer, so rare in fact that Aimee was only the 100th case in the world and by far the youngest. Drs from the world over have looked at Aimee's case and her family were given some hope when Great ormond street surgeons agreed they would operate to remove the tumour and perform surgery to reconstruct . This coupled with extensive chemotherapy and numerous infections meant that most of Aimees days would now be spent in hospital and her family were apart for much of the time. Despite everything that was happening Aimee-leigh developed into the most happy, smiley , beautiful little girl. A few weeks ago after yet more gruelling extensive surgery, Aimee's family were given the horrendous news that another tumour had developed and due to the aggression of her cancer, they were unable to treat it. They have been given a very short amount of precious time left with their brave little warrior who is still only 9 months old. Throughout this traumatic and heartbreaking time the family have given their all to raising money for L.A.T.C.H and other childrens charities so that other families hopefully dont have to endure such pain and suffering.truly heroic. Its time to give something back to them , for them so we are aiming to raise some money that can be used by the family in any way they see fit to make memories with and for Aimee-leigh and just as importantly for Sophie and Cody. Whether its a family holiday or outings or just to take just some of the financial burden away whilst they all cram as many precious moments in as a family or in the difficult times ahead.please guys dig deep.
