Making Bushy Wood COVID Secure

Bushy Wood Activity Centre is proudly owned and operated by Eastbourne District Scout Council (registered charity 305846).

During the Coronavirus pandemic we have lost all of our booking income during what are usually our busiest months of the year, this poses significant financial risk to the continued operation of the site.

We are being pro-active in sourcing funds and developing new initiatives to try and recover as much of this lost income as we can, if you are reading this and can donate anything to assist us through this period then we would be very grateful.

Donations will be put towards physical changes we are making on site to cater for social distancing, enhanced hygiene controls, and new facilities for site users, all intended to enable the safe operation of the site moving forward through 2020/21.

Bushy Wood is a wonderful asset that many generations of young people have enjoyed, it is so important that we can continue to be there for them, and to do so safely, so thank you in advance for your help.
