Making a Difference Promoting Tourism

Jefferson County Tourism Commission (JCTC) is a newly formed Tourism Commission within Jefferson County, Missouri.  With the support and initial funding from the Jefferson County Growth Association,  Arnold Tourism Commission,  Festus Tourism Commission and Pevely Tourism Commission, the JCTC has been formed. 
Through collaboration with the above mentioned as well as local municipalities, area Chambers of Commerce and event coordinators of activities in the Jefferson County area, the JCTC can expand and grow the presence and draw of tourism in Jefferson County.   Being limited to grant money at this time, the JCTC is asking for your help. Start up funding is needed to begin advertising through billboards, radio, geofencing as well as a website which is currently being funded by the Jefferson County Growth Association. By organizing a web site, and promoting the County through advertisement we will be able to market the current Arnold Tourism Commission, Festus Tourism Commission and Pevely Tourism Commission, as well as their respective communities thus allowing the JCTC to reorganize how people find the events in Jefferson County which will allow the County to generate more taxable revenue.
