I learned that they have found signs of termites, so I started getting quotes, and they discovered the entire attic to be rank with rodent urine and feces. <strong>My parents would be loath to see this revelation, but I need to figure out a way to fix this for them.</strong> Upon consideration, my parents' recent health issues may be related to the rodents.
