Make this tumor a rumor

My Grandma Kathryn Johnson is heading back to Seattle on the 1st of janruary to get the now larger tumor removed from her tongue. She has been down a long road leading up to this. When she was in Seattle the first go around the doctors had told her that her heart wasn’t healthy enough to have such a complicated surgery on her tumor. She went under for tripple bypass and heart valve replacement surgery instead. She recovered at the Virginia Mason hospital in Seattle for a week before she was able to come home. Not only was she in pain from her heart surgery but she now was in pain from the tumor that’s growing on her tongue making it hard for her to fit food in her mouth or swallow. Having such a hard time she has lost a lot of weight and strength to keep pushing forward. Now her doctors here are telling her if she doesn’t go now things will rapidly get worse. She has to be in Seattle janruary 1st for doctors appointments and pre opp, her surgery is scheduled for the 4th. They are removing her tongue and replacing it with other tissue, There will be some reconstructive surgery as well, considering it may have spread into her jaw...she will have a stomach tube for 6 weeks and a Tracheal tube for 2-3 weeks. She can barely eat or talk right now. Yesterday was spent in the ER as Shes been dehydrated, and in extreme pain to the point where she’s in tears. They had her on fluids and morphine. I knew this was coming up but I prayed that it would go away... that there would be a miracle... her pain is my pain. I know it's Christmas and times are tough. Anything helps.
