Make our home wheelchair accessable

my wife has lost the use of her legs and I have to carry her into the house as we have 3 steps in the front and the back to get into the house I need to put in wheelchair ramps so I can get her to the car and just plain out of the house I have degenerating discs in my back and I am slowly loosing the ability to lift her. Anny little bit of help would be greatly appreciated!
