<div><strong>Help Us Reach Our 30% Mortgage Deposit Goal!</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Last year, our community supported hundreds of families, young people and older adults across London. Yet every week, we continue to face the challenges of limited space and uncertainty over venue availability.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Today, we have a life-changing opportunity to change that by securing a permanent home for Light for Nations Mission.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>To purchase this property, we need to raise a 30% deposit toward the mortgage. Thanks largely to the extraordinary generosity, sacrifice and commitment of our church members, we have already secured a significant part of the deposit ourselves.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are now £50,000 away from reaching our 30% deposit goal.
</div>
<div>This is the final gap we need your help to close so that we can move forward towards securing the property and establishing a permanent home from which we can serve our church and the wider community.
</div>

<div><strong>Who We Are </strong>
</div>
<div>Light for Nations Mission is a registered charity serving communities across London, with active hubs in Camden, Dagenham and Croydon.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are more than a church. We are a community committed to helping people thrive through practical support, education, wellbeing programmes and faith-based outreach.
</div>

</div>
<div><strong>Why a Permanent Home Changes Everything</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Securing this building will give us the stability and space to:
</div>
<div>•	Support more families requiring emergency and ongoing assistance.
</div>
<div>•	Expand youth programmes and life-changing mentoring.
</div>
<div>•	Provide educational tutoring and accessible music lessons.
</div>
<div>•	Deliver mental health and wellbeing support tailored to the communities we serve.
</div>
<div>•	Run skills workshops that empower women towards greater independence.
</div>
<div>•	Combat loneliness through dedicated activities and fellowship for older adults.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is not simply about purchasing a building. It is about establishing a permanent place where people can worship, belong, grow, receive support and build a better future for generations to come.
</div>

</div>
<div><strong>Help Us Reach the Finish Line</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our community has already demonstrated incredible generosity and commitment to bring us this far. Now we are asking our friends, families, supporters and wider community to stand with us as we work to raise the final sum.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Whether you give <strong>£10, £50, £500 </strong>or any amount you are able to contribute, every donation brings us closer to our goal. If you are unable to donate, sharing this campaign can also make a tremendous difference.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>“A building is made of bricks and mortar, but a home is built by community.”</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Funds raised through this campaign will go towards achieving the deposit required to secure the property.
</div>
