Hi, I'm Dan and I am fundraising for my wife Melissa to obtain her Canadian Citizenship.

Mel has been in Canada for about 20 years, but only as a Permanent Resident.

The time has come to make her status more stable and to secure her future here in Canada.

For those who don't know her, Mel is probably one of the most giving and caring people I have ever known. Those who have already donated will attest to that. She practices as a Law Clerk here in Toronto, helping clients with their files.

Those who know her will also know that Mel has faced, fought and in many cases overcome the host of illnesses and other setbacks she has faced over the years, and yet she retains her caring and concern for others and rarely falls victim to self-doubt and/or despair from her illness.
