‘Tis the season
It is that time of year once again.
Yet, it is not always joyful for everyone. Many families struggle to provide, everyday essentials in their households. This means that they will not have the finances to afford the holidays. Our town specifically has a 22.2% poverty rate, every 4.5 persons is living in poverty.
Many young children are going to wake up on Christmas morning, heartbroken and disappointed.
The team members at Joe’s cycle sound would like to change that feeling of disappointment, into feeling of joy this year! We are taking up a collection, that will be applied to helping as many families as we can that are in need this season.
We will also be donating our own money to help these families as well. Anything helps and we are positive these families will be forever grateful!
