The local community has serious economic and social challenges, but in the midst of that Lindiswa Zitshu (Lidz) is effectively bringing joy, meaning and hope to girls and young women - and in fact to the wider community. Our team doesn’t only consist of Plettenberg Bay players but we have players throughout the region. When I took the decision to form a team, I wanted to afford young women the opportunities in football that you and I were never afforded.”
