Our goal at the World Wellness Community Clinic is to continue providing an accessible, quality and affordable service for all members of our community.
At World Wellness Community Clinic, we focus on the most disadvantaged members of the community and believe that if you are unwell, you will have access to care and treatment regardless of medicare eligibility.
Our clinic aims to have a sustainable health service that closes the gap for the disadvantaged, migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers that are created by language and cultural barriers.
In the current health system, which is generally not responsive to cultural and language diversity, this group can experience:
- Services that do not use interpreters
- Culturally inappropriate or unresponsive models of care
- Health care providers that are not culturally aware or understand the context of certain social/medical situations
Our services are in demand so we are expanding and we need your help.
Your donations will go directly into funding medical equipment needed to help all those treated at our clinic including those members of our community other clinics have turned away.
