<div>My connection: My grandmother developed a rare from of dementia known as Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD). Over the years she has progressively declined and there is not much that can be done. Watching and seeing my grandma deal with this awful disease has been challenging. I want to be able to make a difference and contribute all I can to find a way to help more people and I hope you do as well. Anything helps!
