Jessica Ross Garden of Inclusivity

Major Jessica Ross was an incredibly impactful leader within the RCEME Corps.
In her tenure as the Officer Commanding of Maintenance Company, 2 Service Battalion, Major Ross changed soldiers' lives and changed the trajectory of people's careers for the better. Her open leadership approach combined with her inclusive and empathetic nature created positive and lasting change for her soldiers, her peers and her junior officers. This change will continue to radiate throughout the generations due to the leaders who have learned from her. Her inclusivity and positivity will always be in bloom. The garden itself will be referred to as the Jessica Ross Garden of Inclusivity due to her inclusive and welcoming nature.
To physically represent this, we are dedicating a garden to her at the entrance to H112, the building that she served in as her time as Officer Commanding Maintenance Company. This garden is initiated, maintained and funded via "grass roots" movement of members in Petawawa and is not an official DND funded activity. Permission to create the garden in it's current location has been officially approved.
We are asking for financial support to create the initial garden and to provide for garden maintenance in the years to come.
Thank you for any help you are able to provide.
