Maimai's Fire Disaster Fund

My sister’s house burnt down last night along with six other family members’ homes. My family is in the Philippines and all reside very close to each other in the same neighborhood. My family members affected were my sister, two of my aunts, an uncle, and two of my cousins.
By the grace of God none of my family members were injured or killed. The fire started at about 2:00 a.m. in the morning at my sister’s house and then quickly spread to the other family members’ homes. The fire is suspected to have been started by a faulty “Bug Zapper” that overheated.
The fire department responded, but due to the location and positioning of the homes, as well as the narrow walkways and entrances, they were unable to get trucks and hoses in immediately.
There are several photos of the aftermath on the timeline of my Facebook account. The damage and destruction is absolutely heartbreaking. My family has nothing left.
I am in constant communication with my family, but I have no knowledge of their immediate plans. I do not know where they plan to sleep or eat.
I have not researched myself, but I am aware that a news agency has reported on the fire. The location of my family’s neighborhood in the Philippines is: Aning Pahanocoy Baybay Purok Maghimulat Bacolod City Negros Occidental Philippines 6100.
Unfortunately, due to my family’s income and economic status no one has home or property insurance. I am setting a goal of $10,000 to get my family back on their feet. Of course, no amount of money can replace the emotional attachment and sentimental value of the memories, belongings, and home in which we were born and raised.
Please help. Please provide any amount you can. If you are unable, then please pray for my family. They have nothing left; no food, no clothes, no home. Thank you and God bless.

a. My name is Jocela Carmody and I am originally from Bacolod City, Philippines. I currently reside in Leesville, Louisiana (USA).
2. Your relationship or contact to the parties you're raising funds for.
a. My relationship to the parties I am raising funds for are: My sister, two of my aunts, two of my cousins, and one uncle.
3. How the funds will be spent (be specific as possible).
a. The funds will be spent to assist in the rebuilding of their homes and for immediate needs such as food, water, and clothing.
4. Your withdrawal plan to get the funds from the campaign to the ultimate beneficiary/ies.
a. My withdrawal plan is to use the beneficiary tool and give them direct access to the funds raised.
-OR- (Because I don’t know what access they will have in the Philippines!!)
b. I will have the funds go to my checking account and then send the funds by Western Union to my sister in the Philippines.
