Madison's Epilepsy Surgery

Madison Medina has been suffering from seizures since she was a year old.  Now she's three and, after multiple tests and probes, doctors have finally determined that the cause of her epilepsy is specific to a lesion in the right frontal temporal lobe.  To remove the affected tissue, and ultimately cure her condition, she requires a delicate brain surgery scheduled for December 31, 2018 at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, Texas. 

This fund is created for family and friends to help make this journey a little easier for Maddie and her family. Funds raised will help with medical expenses, as well as incidental expenses associated with her hospital stay and recovery, traveling and staying in Houston for the days surrounding surgery, cost of missed work, and expenses already accrued while navigating this difficult health issue.
