Maddox goes mobile

Hi, My name is  Maddox ! I'm a sweet, charming 3 year old boy who struggled with a very rough start in life. When I was just five days old I stopped breathing and had to be taken back to the hospital.I was there for weeks before they found the source of my problems by then it was to late and I ended up having a stroke.The damage to my Brain was extensive and now I have epilepsy and cerebral palsy. I do have a lot of seizures and I need to be in a special chair to travel. Despite all my complications early on, my mommy has done everything she can do to  provide me with everything I might need.  Sometimes she has a very difficult time keeping up with my extensive doctors bills and has been struggling with simple things like getting me around. You see we need a van to be able to get me to all my special doctors. Without a van made just for me We have to take an ambulance everywhere we go.For a handsome little man like me a van can change everything,  but despite how hard we try, we just can't seem to make enough money to buy it. If you kind folks can find it in your hearts to donate to our campaign you will help get us one step closer to getting me and my mommy back on the road!
