Medical and Funeral Expenses

Dustin Eastman passed away Sunday afternoon after being in and out of the hospital for the last year due to complications from a life time of diabetes. 3 weeks ago he was admitted to Evanston Regional Hospital then quickly transferred to U of U with severe pneumonia among other complications. While in the hospital he lost all kidney function and was put on dialysis along with a breathing tube and sedation. His family waited patiently praying for him to show signs of improvement. While still sedated his family was brought together laying to rest his father,  Gilbert Eastman. 
Dustin began showing improvement for a short few days and then began crashing once again. His body was not strong enough for a recovery and the dialysis was not working, only making things worse. 
Dustin was such a happy and loving man and left behind so many loved ones, he will be dearly missed!! 
Due to having no life insurance his family is asking for Any and all donations to help pay for funeral costs and medical expenses. Any help is more than appreciated!
