Mad King Productions

Mad King Productions officially started just over two years ago. Christopher "Madman" Madriage and Carleigh-Jo Naylor found their way together not only as business partners but as best friends as well. We decided to start Mad King Productions with the idea of bringing Shakespeare back to the common man. We shorten The Bards' original script, place it in a more modern setting and even include updated language to help understand the text. We cast all with open hearts and open minds. Any age, sex, gender, and race are all welcome at Mad King, and we cast the actor that portrays the character best, rather than to any character decription. We strive to create a safe and open space for all involved in our productions. We would love to keep our Shakespeare series going to the quality level our audiences have come to know and love.
