MacKenzie Grace’s Legacy

Dear Friends and Family,

On November 25th, 2019, after a scary and tumultuous pregnancy filled with preeclampsia and inter-uterine growth restriction,  MacKenzie Grace Louden was born to earth at just 26 weeks and 5 days gestation weighing in at 1 lb., 2.3 ounces. She fought a miraculous 20 days in the NICU as her mom and dad, Caitlin and Andrew stayed by her bedside until her final moments when we lost her to a quick and devastating bout of NEC (Necrotizing Enterocolitis) on December 15, 2019.

Many have asked how they can help Cate and Andrew, and as their parents, we understand the incredible financial toll this has taken on them both in terms of the weeks of lost work income, medical expenses, and now burial expenses - expenses they have willingly forgone to be right where they should have been - alongside their precious angel.
