Medical Care and Tutoring Expenses

On July 28th, 2017 Renee took a fall and broke the tibias of both of her legs. She was rushed to the ER at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta where she was immediately taken into surgery. After surgery, doctor's informed Renee and her family that in order for her legs to heal she would need to be off her feet for at least 8 weeks. She endured a long two-week recovery from surgery in the hospital before she was sent home. On arrival home, Renee's family and hard working mother were faced with many lifestyle and routine changes as a result of her inability to walk. Renee who is an avid student has also been unable to attend school since its start in early August. 
Her path to recovery includes serious treatment and follow up's, special home care for at least two months, tutors so she can keep up with her school work, and extensive rehabilitation.
Those who know Renee will agree she is a strong lady with incredible faith and understand how she feels to be away and miss her school lesson.
Right now the family is facing financial challenges because her single mother is unable to work in order to provide this young determined student the basic home care needed. Any amount of financial help you are able to give will relieve her and her family so that they will be able to focus on her quick recovery.
