Help Lexington Kids Get to DI Global Finals!

Destination Imagination is a challenge where we get to be creative, learn to work together and have fun. Our team from Lexington got 1st place among 30+ teams competing at the Massachusetts regional and state levels in the technical challenge. We got invited to the Global Finals in Kansas City, MO!!! We are excited about this opportunity to compete with 1,400 teams from other states and 20 countries. And now, we need your help!
Destination Imagination is an educational program that helps us learn valuable skills like creative and critical thinking, problem solving and teamwork through different STEAM-based challenges (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics). The team gets to choose which challenge (out of 7 challenges) they want to participate in.
Our team, AeroDynamites, chose the technical challenge, On Target. On Target is a challenge where we had to build an aircraft that flies and drops payloads On Target! While we were working on our challenge, we learned all about how airplanes fly and about aerodynamics. This is why our team is called AeroDynamite! After all of our hard work we finally won first place in the state finals and made it to Globals!!! This has been our dream.
By helping and donating, you will help 7 Lexington elementary school kids follow our dreams and go to Global Finals in May 2019 in Kansas City, MO. Please donate to help us!
