Family of 7 Needs Help

My name is Peter Ramirez and I am 29 years old and the sole supporter of my household. I have a loving fiancee and 5 beautiful children and we live in Las Vegas, Nevada. 

Since I was 13 years old, I have had a cronic idiopathic seizure disorder that has, needless to say, made my life and my families life difficult. 

I recently found out that abnormal seizure activity in my brain has spread to both hemispheres and 3 of the 4 lobes in my brain. Multiple Neurologists have reviewed my scans and determined that I have an unknown tumor. 

My doctors want to send me to UCLA medical center in California, to the top Neuro Clinic on the West Coast, so that they can hopefully isolate the problem and  perform surgery to extract. 

My life and personal health means nothing compared to my fear of having to leave my family and drive to another state. I will have to miss at least a week of work (if not more if surgery is an option) which means that I won't have funds to pay my rent, my bills, provide food, diapers etc. for the family that I love so much. I am trying to be scheduled to go to UCLA as soon as two weeks from now, so mid April. 

I am asking for you to find it in your hearts to help my family to make it  through this hard time. No words would ever be able to explain my gratitude for taking to time to read this.
