Help my family get out of Ukraine

I have been overwhelmed by calls and texts offering prayers and support. Many of you have been asking how you can help. On behalf of my whole family - THANK YOU!

As you know, things in Ukraine have escalated very quickly and I am trying to raise money to help my father, stepmother, 3 year old sister, grandmother, as well as other family members that are still in Mariupol get to safety.

Unfortunately, the only solution as of today is fleeing their homes and heading into the unknown. The situation is currently very dangerous and unstable. Ukraine has strict restrictions for men of 18-60 years old which is making it very difficult for my father to leave. Splitting up is not an option. Lines at borders take days and there is constant risk of shelling and airstrikes.

My plan is to keep trying to get them safely out of the country and into Poland. Once they are in Poland, I will continue working on a long term plan. I would like to be able to get in touch with an immigration attorney to see what the process is to bring them to the United States (if they choose). There will be costs associated with their visa applications, etc. There are many unknowns as to how this will play out.

Most importantly they will be able to use the funds for a temporary place to live, transportation, potential flights, supplies, food, and all their basic needs.

Your donations will be used to help with all of their expenses due to the lack of income for the foreseeable future.

All leftover funds will be donated to Revived Soldiers Ukraine.

Revived Soldiers Ukraine is a Ukrainian American 501(c)(3) nonprofit that focuses on the medical rehabilitation of Ukrainian soldiers and provides housing to these soldiers and their families. www.rsukraine.org
