Kitty Ludwig Memorial Fund

Lenny and Kitty Ludwig were the picture perfect couple. They spent nearly a half a century together. They have two daughters and several healthy grandchildren in Tampa and Akron, Ohio. On Tuesday, February 3rd, Kitty suffered both an aneurysm and a heart attack and was found collapsed, unconscious on the floor at a local store. She was air-lifted to North Side Hospital in St. Petersburgh. After a brave fight, Kitty passed away 4 days later.
Lenny and Kitty have been instrumental in helping raise their two grandchildren, Eli and Isaiah. Kitty's retirement funds are no longer available. N Zone Sports is proud to call him family. Many peoplpe have asked us what they can do or how they can help. In lieu of flowers or other donations, Lenny has asked that any gifts be donated towards expenses associated with the care of his grandkids. We have created this page to help Lenny and his family in this time of need. There is certainly no obligation and no gift is too small. Our goal is to raise $5,000 for the family.
Lenny has been a friend to all and has given selflessly to helping children for many years. His passion is working with children, often coaching 3 and 4 teams each season. He is easily the most requested coach in our program's 21 season history. If you would like to contribute to this fund, donations can be made. N Zone Sports is made up of some very special families. The outpouring of love, support and prayers that took place last Saturday at the field was amazing. It's times like these that make us realize just how great we are when we come together.
