Saving My Home and Family

We need money to pay our Back Taxes on our home before it is sold on the courtyard steps.   2 Years ago Christmas Day my Husband Morris at age 45 had to  undergo emergency open heart surgery for a large blood clot in his heart. The operation was successfull but the medications killed his kidneys and left his liver severly damaged.  We have 2 wonderful children a boy and a girl and I inherted our home from my parents when they passed.  Now our Home Taxes are behind 2 years.  
We have made monthly payments  since his surgery but are unable to pay the tax completly and the County has told us that if they are not paid they will forclose on our home.  We do not qualify for any relief other than the homestead discount to lower our tax and they helped me do that but we still owe a large amount and if it is not paid by Feb 28th they will forclose on our home and sell if for the taxes. They offered us a payment plan but we cannot qualify because we dont have the large amount of money to pay the back taxes  I have tried to get a mortgage but our credit score is so low since my husbands illness, we have been denied by every company I have tried.  We are trying this as a last hope to save our home and family.  Morris is in the process of trying to qualifying for a Liver / Kidney transplant and we have insurance that covers his medical expense and the kids, we just cant overcome this hurdle.  We are reaching out to you.  Please could you help us through this latest challenge.  You will never know how much it would mean to us to stay in our home.
