Emergency Surgery For Piglet The Dog

Hello i need to raise money for a emergency surgery  on our family dog. She's the nicest and sweetest dog around. She was attacked by a larger dog and now needs emergency surgery. The vet said she needs a GI Surgery and with it being a emergency it will cost a lot. This is a very expensive surgery and she'll have a long recovery after.  She will also be held overnight for a few night after surgery increasing the cost.  We appreciate any help. Please help us bring our little piglet home.
