need help to walk again

I was in a car wreck last year  on 6 -10 -2018 which resulted in injuries of fractured  hip , broke sternum,ribs and bone in back. I am still unable to walk due to multiple infections and set backs and I am now on dialysis 3 x a week and a diabetic. I had a doctor take out hardware in my hip due to infection and then had to have 4 inches of my femural bone cut off due to bone being dead. I have not been able to walk and have been wheelchair bound all this time. I have found a limb restoration doctor that has a plan to get me walking, however he cannot get me in for surgery until January. This  will result in me having to pay my deductable for 2020 and 20% of surgery.  I have no income coming in and I am still waiting on SSI disability approval and my wife got laid off and her unemployment is over as to why I really need to walk so she can go back to work since I need round clock care. Please help me. I am only 51 and I am too young to never walk again. Thank you for any help you can offer and if you cant and know someone that can, please share.
