Medical bills support

My left leg had to be amputated above the knee due to blood
clot from knee to ankle. Surgery happened March 2, 2016 and as I am getting along with living with one leg as best I can, I am in the process of learning many different things with my prosthetic. Some of which are easier than others, lol. Last therapy session is February 15, 2017 but my medical bills are still coming in. My main source of income is disability.  I ask you to give from your heart. I have never needed in my life and this took a lot of strength for me to ask. I hope you understand my situation and I pray for any help I shall receive. 
My goals are to get back to work, which has been a struggle getting my foot in the door, no pun intended, and to get back to what I have enjoyed since I was 7, bowling. I promise that both of these will happen with faith.
