Help Munich walk on four legs again

My beloved dog has gone and ruptured her anterior cruciate ligament. This injury requires surgery, as well as a slew of other medical procedures prior and post the actual operation.
I'm doing my best to cover as much of it as I can, but due to the relative urgency of the circumstances, we could really use some help with this. Thanks to everyone from Munich and myself. She'd kiss you on the face if she could.
