Helping Sasha Beat Her Cancers

Imagine finding out that you you have cancer. Now imagine that you not only have one kind of cancer but a rare second form of cancer. This is what Sasha Beaz is fighting through . Sasha is a loving wife and also a wonderful mother to an almost one-year-old son. She is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatments at the National Cancer Institue, in Bethesda Maryland. She has to travel to Maryland every 21 days for her treatments. She has to stay down there for 5 days away from her husband and son. Sasha has seen the hand of God through this hard time because she was able to enter into a clinical trial for the rare cancer. So while she is not responsible for treatment and lodging costs. Sasha does have $26,000 in denied insurance claims from December and January when the doctors were running tests to figure out what kind of cancer she has. Her other expenses include gas for traveling to Maryland for treatment, food during her 5 day increments at the hospital and her loss of wages. She had to leave her job for the duration of her treatments and recovery time for her immune system because her chemo is so strong.
