there's hope!!!

Alright, Roscoe has ANOTHER chance!! Here is the new update on the dog I rescued from being abandoned on a chain for over a month.

****I just had to increase the amount to $2800 because the vet told me it would roughly cost around $2500-$2900 to fix his infected hole inside his mouth. He will also need heartworm prevention to kill the larva worms ($55) and then of course the injections once he is healthy enough ($350). ****

Earlier today, our vet had me make "the call" to put Roscoe down or not. Which was very VERY hard. I figured he was in pain, miserable, annoyed, upset, too tired and unhealthy to fight. But wrong.

We got another opinion from a different vet about the infected hole inside the top of his mouth. She has never done it before, but wants to try it. She told me she would get back to me as soon as she finishes researching it and talking to other specialist.

I did not get an approximate cost on how much it will be, but our other vet said it could cost at least $1000. Whatever funds are leftover, will be going to his heartworm treatment, nuetering, and vaccinations/antibiotics.
