Rachael's Kicking Cancers Butt!

Recently our lives were turned UPSIDE DOWN!  Our beautiful wife, mother daughter, sister, and aunt was diagnosed with Colon Cancer.  Needless to say, we are devastated.  But our Rachael will FIGHT LIKE A GIRL....AND WIN!!!!  She will be having surgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center on August 26. She will minimally have a 2-3 day hospital stay.  We are not sure of aftercare needs as far as trips back to Sloan, either for post-op visits or chemo treatments.  Rachael will be unable to work for at least 8 weeks.  Justin will also need to take leave to help her with her own care as well as the care of their 3 small, active children.  We have learned that Family Leave pay is no where near what they each would bring home if they were able to work.  That said, we are looking for help to offset the expense of traveling to and from Sloan, gas/tolls/parking/food/and lodging.....not to mention the loss of income.  Although our lives will be on hold while dealing with all of this, their bills will not.  ANY donation at all, whatsoever, would be greated appreciated by Rachael and her family.  Rachael would like it to be known that after all is said and done, should there be any funds leftover in her campaign, she will DONATE those funds to a charity that conducts colon cancer research.
