Scarlett Grace was born December 4th, 2014 to proud parents Tuesdey and Pierre. She is a happy sweet little bundle of joy that is loved and adored by all of her family. Scarlett is their first baby and the center of their universe. Tuesdey is a stay at home mom and Pierre works two jobs to make that possible.
The nightmare started a few weeks ago when Scarlett started having seizures. Her condition was being monitored closely by her pediatrician while they were deciding a plan of care. One night last week she started to have another seizure, but stopped breathing so Tuesdey called 911 and Scarlett was rushed to the hospital by ambulance then was admitted to Children's hospital. Tuesdey and Pierre were so thankful when the doctors were able to get her seizures under control after a couple of days and then was able to take her home.
We are now we are back at children's and praying for a miracle. Scarlett started having more seizures last night and then had spells where she stopped breathing and actually turned blue. Tuesdey once again called 911 and Scarlett was rushed back to Children's where she is now intubated and sedated in order to get her seizures under control. They are giving her some very strong meds to acc omplish this because they need to stop Scarlett's seizures and blue spells. She's had 9 in the last 24hrs.
Tuesday and Pierre have been right by baby Scarlett's side 24/7 and are exhuasted, scared and heartbroken. With Pierre not working while he sits by her side it makes things very hard for them financially. I am starting this site to help pay for every day expenses like food and shelter (as well as the ambulance ride) for them while they are here with Scarlett.
Please pray for healing for Scarlett and strength for all of us to be strong for her when all we want to do it pick her up and hold her and make the pain go away.
