Support Sarita's Fight

It's amazing how one person has the ability to impact someone else's life so greatly. Sarita Moreno is 15 years old and was diagnosed with Leukemia on New Year's Eve. She is the most kind person with a heart large enough for everyone around her. She was an active participant in her school with a passion for marching band. There are so many attributes to Sarita and what makes her who she is; a dear friend to all and a warm individual with high aspirations. It was a difficult introduction to 2015 for Sarita and her family, but over the course of the month, with intense chemotherapy, Sarita fought diligently. On February 6th she entered remission. The procedures, in which she will continue to receive for possibly two years to fully eradicate the cancer, requires her family to empty their pockets, completely depleting them from high costs of treatments.
