Amputation surgery for Jasper

On Monday morning Feb 9,2015 Jasper was hit by a car. The vet recommend that we have his R front leg amputated as there is so much nerve and muscle damage that he won't ever be able to use it! Jasper is a certified service dog for my young daughter, he alerts to her seizures prior to her going into a seizure so we can make sure that our daughter is in a safe position to have her seizure. As a tripod (3 legged) he will be able to still alert us to her seizures.
Without the surgery Jasper will not be able to move freely and he will have issues from his dead leg dragging.
Please help us!! Jasper is so much more than a dog he is my daughters independence, her best friend and confidant. He is a family member that we love with all our heart!
