My dad needs his spine fixed.

My dad, Tim has spent my entire life working to give my family the life we deserve. From spending 13 hours driving a truck all day, then coming home to change and clean someone's gutters or fix their dryer, my father has been selfless in doing whatever he could to take care of my family. But from all the years of hard manual labor, it's taken a major toll on his body. Recently it was discovered that his c-2 vertebrae was damaged, and a procedure was set up to fuse the bones and keep him from suffering a serious injury or death as a result of his current state. At the last moment, his insurance company told him he would need to pay $3,500 right up front to even be brought in for the procedure. Without the available funds to take care of it, he placed it on the back burner, prioritizing my family's home and medications over his own health. Today, I was told he was planning to liquidate all his possible assets to try and make a dent in what he needs to pay. I can't afford to pay for it all myself, but if anyone has a few dollars to spare and get my dad the care he needs and truly deserves, I know he and my whole family would be forever grateful. My family is unaware of me doing this at the moment and I would love nothing more than to give my dad some good news for Father's Day!
