Team Jaya Medical Fund

As you know from following Team Jaya, Jaya has a lot of medical appointments and hospital stays. This has made things very difficult financially. I am a single parent. I have been unable to work due to his many appointments and long hospital stay. This past year has been the most difficult I've ever faced financially.
Any fund raised will be used toward living expenses, including rent, moving, gas, food. It can also go toward uncovered medical equipement for Jaya. We also need a reliable vehicle. There are so many expenses, and only so much I can do on my own. Jaya receives a relatively small SSI payment, but that is based on my income. So it is reduced by an child support or earned income I make.
I would also like to provide Jaya with more opportunities to participate in activities and sports. This is an expense I simply cannot afford. None of the kids get to do extracuricular activites because I just don't have the money. And Jaya's activites are even more expensive, as they often require specialized equipment, individual instruction, traveling, etc. He really loves to be active and do things, so I really hope to allow him to do more things! There are scholarships available to only a few activites, and often those only cover a portion of the cost.
We are moving back to Oregon in just a couple weeks! This is an extra expense, as far as a moving truck, gas, and deposits to get into another place. But we really need the support of family, so it's something we need to do.
