Helping Hand for Luis

My name is Luis Parada. On Sunday February 8th at around 1 am in the morning, I suffered a terrible accident. While driving on a notoriously curvy road named Highway 17 under raining conditions, I lost control of my vehicle. My car started swaying from left to right and I had a feeling that something terrible was about to happen. My car suddenly made a 180 degree turn and slammed against the metal railing to my left. The impact caused the airbag to blow up in my face as my head hit the window. As if this wasnt enough, the car bounced away from the railing, flipped upside down, and landed on its roof. As I was falling in and out of consciousness, I could see the cracked windshield in front of me and of all my belongings scattered everywhere in the upside down vehicle. My face sore and bloody and my limbs numb, I struggled to make a phone call to my girlfriend who had been driving in front of me to tell her that I was upside down in my car. After hanging up, I called the police and I could hear several people outside of my car talking among themselves wondering if I was still alive. Long story short, I was able to crawl out of the car by myself after opening the window and before the paramedics arrived. I was rushed to the hospital and the doctors performed all different types of tests on me. Thankfully Im stil alive and my injuries were minor. God really took care of me that day. Now I ask if anyone could please donate money so that I can cover my medical expenses and be able to purchase a new vehicle since mine was completely totalled. I come from a very low income family and cannot work now that I do not have a vehicle. God bless anyone that donates or helps to spread the word about this cause.
