Kidney is failing, please help!!!!!

As some of my friends and family know, I have been having some problems with my transplanted kidney. After 23 years of working very well and letting me have a semi normal life, my kidney has started to show signs of rejection. In a couple of months I will no doubt need to go back on dialysis while I await to see IF I am eligible for another transplant and hopefully test a very dear friend who had volunteered one of her kidneys. Or whether I have to leave the state for another transplant. In 2008, after losing my job, I had to surrender my car. Since then it's been one medical issue after another and I have not been able to get back to work. I will need a vehicle to get to dialysis and doctors appointments and to leave the state if necessary. Asking for help for anything is the hardest thing I have ever had to do. I've always been very independent and doing this is extremely hard for me.  Unfortunately I don't have any choice and I'm relying on the kindness of others.
