This is my beautiful sister Kristal Farmer West who was diagnosed with a tumor in the front left portion of her brain. Kristal will have a left parietal craniotomy procedure Feb10th @ 12:30 pm to remove the tumor. After a couple weeks she will under go a cyber knife radiation treatment of the cavity to make sure they get everything. Kristals recovery time is a 6 week minimum and could possibly go longer. Kristal has just recovered over the last 2 years from having the upper lobe of her left lung removed due to Adenocarcinoma.
My sister is a 3rd Teacher/Reading Interventionist in the Pittsburg, Texas school district and is very furtunante to have medical insurance but she is not furtunate to have either long term or short term work dissability. Kristal will not have an income until she is able to return to work to support herself and her son Jeremy.
I'm asking as her brother Damon West from the bottom of my heart if any of you can give a financial donation to help my sister and her son Jeremy so they can make it thru this difficult time. I would be forever Greatful and Thankful to each of you as I know all of my family/extended family/friends will be.
