Sick mother (critical stage)

In mid-January due to sudden deterioration in my mother's health caused by bilateral pneumonia she went on mechanical ventilators. After 7 days she was extubated off the vent. as her lungs started maintaining saturation and was discharged after 20 days of hospital admission.
In the mean course she had acute renal injury and due to history of hepatitis B, her recovery was very slow and dropping in platelets and Red Blood Cell (RBC). She had 3 RBC transfusions so far just to keep her Hb to normal (her in 8, far away from normal) and to let oxygen saturate. This resulted in dropped saturation of SpO2 again and since start of week she's hospitalised again.
Unfortunately in my home country there's no specialised management and care of such multiple organs involvement and no medical assistance to citizens. So, we are managing everything by our own.
Being elder son I am taking care of my sick mother, father and siblings in any possible way.
Sadly due to her poor lungs response, today she went on ventilator again (in less than 20 days’ time) and not maintaining the SpO2. Doctors say pneumonia has badly relapsed and condition is critical. God knows what is next. We all are scared and need financial aid to pay private hospital bills. Also, anyone's experience dealing with such medical situation involving multiple organs and share their knowledge and experience for my better understanding.
