Chris' Celebration of Life

Hi Everyone, my name is Jordan Bultman and Chris Bultman is my father. He was diagnosed with Young Parkinson's Disease (same as Michael J. Fox) when he was 39 in 2007. In the past few years his Parkinson's advanced very quickly, much quicker than doctors expected. He just turned 47, and doctors may have mis-diagnosed. He definitely  has PD-like symptoms, but a really aggressive form. Within the past 2 years he moved to Seattle and transitioned from a walking stick, to a walker, to a power wheel chair and eventually to a nursing home to help keep him mobile, but safe. He was in and out of the hospital very frequently with pneumonia and various infections. On October 29th, 2014 he was admitted to the hospital and became very sick. His doctors decided to insert a feeding tube in his abdomen, because he couldn't swallow at all or he would aspirate (even spit) and it would turn into pneumonia. My dad was unable to move, speak or communicate and his cognitive awareness was dwindling daily. He had MRSA all throughout his blood, and formed blood clots in his legs (from his inability to move) that moved up to his lungs, making it very difficult for him to breathe. Knowing this, Jacey, my mom and I flew out to Seattle to say our Goodbyes. He was in the hospital until his passing on February 8th, 2015. We are all are very sad to lose him, but we know he is in a Parkinson's-free and pain-free place, and for that we are very grateful. I am creating this account to accept donations towards his celebration we are planning to have in Cincinnati. We would appreciate any donation or amount you can give towards getting him home so we can celebrate the amazing life he had with all of you! Thank you so so much in advance.
